Hello! Here’s a quick status update and a little behind-the-scenes peek. We’ve recently moved into our new office. This is my first real commercial space after years of running everything from my family home, and this rack is only one side of the many samples I’m currently reviewing, photographing, updating on the site, or waiting to receive revisions for. All of these are WIP samples that still need adjustments, and the office is very much a work in progress as we finish building furniture and getting organized. It’s just the two of us here, and we’re working incredibly hard (and often overtime) to get through the 50+ samples in the pipeline and provide detailed updates. He frames the issue as a matter of protecting the city’s 3M immigrants, and emphasizes that ICE’s authority is limited without a judicial warrant. He also warns New Yorkers that ICE is legally allowed to lie, and urges calm, filming, and knowing when to refuse entry. He finishes by saying New Yorkers have a constitutional right to protest and that he would defend it as mayor. “Last weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal Street and detain our immigrant neighbors. As mayor, I’ll protect the rights of every single New Yorker, including more than 3M immigrants.
