We're looking for an analytical, curious, and result-driven SEO & Content Specialist to own Publer's organic growth strategy.

Publer is an all-in-one social media management platform trusted by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built for creators, businesses, agencies, and marketers, it brings content creation, scheduling, collaboration, analytics, and publishing into one place.

About the Role

You will turn SEO into one of Publer's strongest acquisition channels, helping more people discover and use Publer. From keyword research and content strategy to technical SEO and performance analysis, you'll own and continuously improve our organic growth efforts. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the wider marketing team.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute Publer's SEO strategy.
• Conduct keyword research and identify new growth opportunities.
• Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and website copy.
• Plan and execute SEO content strategies through topic clusters and content calendars.
• Optimize existing content, internal linking, metadata, and on-page SEO to improve rankings and conversions.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to grow Publer's authority and earn high-quality backlinks.
• Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions, and other key SEO metrics.
• Research competitors and identify new organic growth opportunities.
• Stay up to date with Google's algorithm updates, AI-powered search, and emerging SEO trends.
• Report on SEO performance and recommend the highest-impact priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices.
• Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging, SEO-friendly content.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
• Experience with link building and earning high-quality, relevant backlinks.
• Strong keyword research, content planning, and technical SEO skills.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize SEO opportunities based on business impact.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
